Welcome to Côte & Flame. By using our website, submitting a request, or booking a private dining experience, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Services
Côte & Flame provides private chef services, customized menus, and curated dining experiences. All services are subject to availability and confirmation. Final menu selections and pricing will be discussed and agreed upon before your event.
Bookings & Payment
To secure your booking, a deposit may be required. The remaining balance is typically due 48 hours before the event. Payment details and terms will be shared upon booking confirmation.
We accept via bank transfer, Zelle, or Venmo.
Cancellations & Changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible.

Cancellations made more than 5 days in advance may receive a full or partial refund.

Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Changes to guest count, menu, or timing are subject to approval and availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, weather, safety issues), in which case a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
Dietary Restrictions & Allergies
Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or food allergies at the time of booking. While we take great care to accommodate these needs, Côte & Flame is not liable for adverse reactions to food consumed during your event.
Photography & Media
We may photograph or document events (with permission) for portfolio and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included in any media, just let us know in advance.
Privacy
All personal information collected through the website or contact forms is handled with care and used only for booking and communication purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
Liability
Côte & Flame is not responsible for damage to property or injury during private events caused by external factors beyond our control. We take every precaution to ensure a professional and safe service environment.
